an ale inspired by the style of a german maibock, brewed using a proprietary “pacman” yeast. its deep honey in color with a malty aroma, rich hearty flavor and a well-balanced finish. lden color tinted with amber, slightly sweet with a malty nose; balanced with floral hops. 6.8% abv.
Chimay Peres Trappistes, Grande Reserve $11
this dark muddy beer was originally a christmas brew, but was so delicious the belgians demanded it be made all year round. toffee, caramel, dates and pears with a bright acidity giving it an effervescent finish. 9% abv.
Old Chub Scottish Ale $7
